- Each rental reservation requires a $250 security deposit that will be refunded within 5 business days assuming the unit is left in the same condition it was found, which includes cleaning any dishes, etc.

- Rental Check-in 3 pm.
- Rental Check-out 11 am.
- 1 months notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a refund.
- One family per rental.
